Todd is a recognised industry figure and sits on the board of Caravanning Queensland. He has represented the industry publicly, including appearing on Channel Seven's Creek to Coast alongside host Scott Hillier on an expedition to Birdsville. He is also a Queensland Training Awards winner, with AllBrand Caravan Services taking home the Small Employer of the Year — Metro Award in 2023 and being nominated again in 2024.
