Built around the application

Custom Fibreglass Moulds & Components

Every fibreglass manufacturing job starts with how the finished part will be used. Shape, finish, strength, exposure, production quantity, mounting points and fit with surrounding structures all influence the manufacturing approach.

Replacement RV Parts

Hard-to-source caravan and motorhome panels, fairings, covers and moulded components.

One-Off Components

Custom fibreglass parts for unique repairs, modifications and specialised projects.

Prototypes

Early-stage components used to assess fit, shape and manufacturability before repeat production.

Plugs & Patterns

Preparation of the master form used to create the production mould where required.

Production Moulds

Purpose-built moulds for repeated manufacture of compatible fibreglass components.

Industrial Fibreglass Parts

Selected housings, covers, panels and corrosion-resistant components for industrial applications.

From concept to finished component

We Assess Feasibility Before Tooling Begins

Depending on the job, manufacturing may involve reviewing an existing component, refining the design, creating a plug or pattern, producing the mould, laminating the part, trimming, fitting and final finishing.

We can work from an existing part, drawing, sample, concept or practical problem, but suitability and tolerances need to be reviewed before assuming a concept is ready for manufacture.

A clear manufacturing process

How a Fibreglass Manufacturing Project Works

01

Define the Requirement

We review the part, intended use, quantity, finish, strength and fit requirements.

02

Assess Tooling & Feasibility

We determine whether a plug, pattern or production mould is required and identify practical constraints.

03

Build the Tooling

The approved plug, pattern or mould is prepared to suit the agreed part and finish.

04

Manufacture & Finish

The component is laminated, cured, trimmed and finished to the agreed scope.

What We Need to Understand

  • What the part is used for
  • Expected quantity
  • Overall dimensions and shape
  • Required surface finish
  • Strength and stiffness requirements
  • Environmental exposure
  • Mounting and attachment points
  • Fit with surrounding structures
  • Whether an existing part can be used as a master
  • Whether repeat production is required

Before requesting a quote

Send Us as Much Technical Information as You Have

Photos, sketches, dimensions, an existing sample, quantity requirements and a clear explanation of how the part will be used all help us assess feasibility.

If you do not have drawings, that is still okay. Start with the practical requirement and any existing component you want to reproduce or improve.

Have a Part You Cannot Source Anymore?

Send us photos and dimensions, or bring the original component in for assessment. We can advise whether moulding and reproduction are practical.

Fibreglass Mould Manufacturing FAQs

Can you reproduce an existing fibreglass RV part?

Often, yes, provided the original part is suitable to use as a reference or master and the required geometry and finish can be reproduced practically.

Do I need drawings before contacting you?

No. Drawings help, but photos, measurements, an existing part or a clear description of the requirement can be enough for an initial feasibility discussion.

Can you manufacture one-off fibreglass parts?

Yes. One-off work is possible where the tooling and labour required make sense for the project.

Can you manufacture multiple parts from the same mould?

Yes. A production mould can be suitable for repeated manufacture, subject to the part design, materials and expected production quantity.

Can you make industrial fibreglass components?

Selected industrial housings, covers, panels and similar components can be assessed. Suitability depends on the application, loading, environment and required tolerances.

Can you colour-match or finish the manufactured part?

Finishing options can be discussed as part of the scope, including preparation, painting or gelcoat where appropriate.

How long does fibreglass mould manufacturing take?

Timing depends on design complexity, tooling, curing, production quantity, finishing and current workshop scheduling.

What should I send with my quote request?

Include photos, dimensions, drawings if available, expected quantity, finish requirements and a description of how the part will be used.

Need a Fibreglass Part Made, Reproduced or Tooled for Production?

Send us the part details, photos, dimensions and expected quantity. We can help determine whether a custom fibreglass manufacturing approach is practical.
