Starlink Setup for Caravans and Motorhomes

Prefer streaming and internet-based entertainment? We can help plan and set up a Starlink terminal for your caravan or motorhome, including practical mounting, cable routing and power considerations.

Starlink performance and availability depend on your service plan, location, obstructions and network conditions. We will help you understand the physical installation requirements, but the Starlink service account and coverage remain subject to the provider.

Internet and entertainment equipment can add meaningful demand to a 12-volt system. If required, we can also assess your battery management system and caravan solar capacity.

Get the right system installed neatly and securely. Request a TV or satellite assessment, or visit our Sandgate workshop for practical advice.

Caravan TV, Satellite & Starlink FAQs

We supply, install and diagnose caravan TV antennas and aerial systems. The right antenna, cabling and connections depend on the vehicle and the broadcast signal available at each location.

A TV antenna is useful for free-to-air channels where a suitable local broadcast signal is available. Satellite may offer broader coverage and different channel options, but it requires compatible equipment, a suitable view of the sky and any necessary subscription service. The best choice depends on where you travel and what you want to watch.

The bracket must suit the television, mounting surface and caravan layout. Correct positioning can save space, improve viewing and reduce movement, but the television should still be secured in accordance with the bracket and vehicle requirements before travel.

Yes. Where the caravan layout permits, an external TV connection can make it easier to use a suitable television in the outdoor living area. We assess cable routing, connection locations and protection from weather and travel damage.

We can assess internal and external speaker options based on the available space, wiring, power supply and preferred listening areas. External equipment must be positioned with exposure and travel conditions in mind.

Starlink can support streaming when the terminal has a suitable view of the sky and the connection provides enough bandwidth. Actual performance depends on location, obstructions, network conditions and the customer’s Starlink service plan.
