Just picked our van after service by Tod and his team. Here is a business that actually wants to do business with you ... and in a professional manner. From reminding you of your booking and where to park when you arrive several days beforehand, to checking in at reception and then disconnecting & parking the van and being greeted by the Principal (Todd McArthur) in the holding yard, the whole process is seamless and professional. Todd spent time asking what service/repair needs were required and also gave approx costs involved plus a time frame for completion of work. Photos were also promised of the job in progress and delivered after completion. Reception informed me of when the service was completed together with an emailed invoice & checklist of items serviced, repaired, or replaced. This is customer service at its' best. I had my converted Toyota Hiace repaired a month or two ago. I waited to see how I liked what they had done to judge if it was good. I can now say I'm very pleased with the repair. They needed to keep it for a long while but that suited me ok and I understand the need for different jobs to be done in a particular order. There were also delays caused by deliveries from Toyota which were less than perfect and had to be exchanged- glad of the attitude. Despite a misunderstanding which got cleared up and hardly worth mentioning, the van came back looking like new, and now after a good trial, I know it behaves like new too. Recommend this business.
